We are able to offer a light menu « sur le pouce » served in either the lounge or your bedroom (and on the terrace during the summer) with a selection of dishes all prepared using local produce:

Example : Vegetable or fish soup, Cold meat plates, Cheese plates and a dessert of the day.

Our gourmets tour combines « Terre & Mer »

 

A succession of regional ingredients cooked with passion, originality and creativity, with respect for the methods and traditions of our beautiful region – Cote d’Opale and valleys of the Canche & Authie.

 

This menu is made up of 7 courses which vary around the finds at the daily markets. Just ask us for the composition of today’s “Gourmets Tour” let us seduce you and leave you with a memorable experience….

 

This Gourmets Tour is available at 75 € per person. The journey begins with a celebratory glass of champagne from a distinguished house.
