Wine and spirit cellars

The cellars date back to the 15th Century and offer a large range of wines including rare vintages.

Cheese maturing cellar

 

Under the restaurant, in our 15th Century arched cellars, we mature cheeses made by regional producers. With specialities including le pave aux algues and brebis à la chicorée.

 

Also beer and geneva maturing takes place.

 

An exceptional cheese board is available in the restaurant.
